The Snarry Reader is a general resource for fans of the Snape/Harry pairing. We are neither exactly a recs list nor a comprehensive pairing list. The mods here are all Snarry fans and this is a list of Snarry fic and art we have seen or enjoyed. The list includes the "best" (things you would normally find recced) but also Snarry that we enjoyed enough to pass along to a like-minded friend. For a more complete explanation of what we're doing and the choices we make, please check out our FAQs.
These lists are a work in progress. We are constantly adding new stories and art to our Masterlists and to our "In the Mood" suggestion categories. You can expect updates to the Snarry Reader to be posted monthly.
We welcome feedback and suggestions. This journal is meant to be a resource for the fandom so please let us know how we're doing. If you spot a broken link, please let us know here.

Although the Reader does link to locked entries and password protected sites, every effort will be made to link to public entries first whenever possible. Change happens because we want a different view, most often because we are no longer satisfied with our current one. People need to adapt and change in order to move forward, renewing how they filter what they read, hear and see.
We should endeavour to look to what is ahead, making it better than the past we have left behind.

Changes to the Snarry Reader
Firstly, a big thank you to ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) painless_j for her contribution to the Reader over the past few years. PJ's moved on to different fandoms, but her reviews and work in the Snarry fandom will always be much appreciated by new and old fans alike. Thanks for being a great partner, PJ.
Secondly, we'd like to give a warm welcome djin7. Djin is a tireless worker in the fandom, and her continuing love for Snarry will be a great asset to the Reader. Welcome on board, Djin; we hope you enjoy working with us at the Reader.
