12:27p - Snarry vids
More people are making video clips these days, so we thought we'd start a new entry just for Snarry vids. Here are some that we've particularly enjoyed.

Creator's Snarry video page - Read My Mind Summary: Snape knows what's on Harry's mind
- What You Are Summary: My prompt = Severus's last memories are preserved in a special container, which later spills. In this vid, I try to reconcile the Snape from DH with the complicated Snape I imagined pre-DH. The one thing that clearly complicates Snape to me, but remains compliant with canon: Snarry. I think Snape spending his lifetime trying to figure out what exactly Harry Potter means to him is a terribly interesting story.
- Guardian Angel Summary: This video is 99% canon compliant with just a little bit of Snarry. The story goes: Snape loved Lily, Dumbledore manipulated Snape, and Snape falls in love with the person he has sworn to protect. Harry only realizes it when it's too late. Features super angsty slowed down scenes from OTP because I can't get enough of those.
Ariel Lindt, I Hate You Then I Love You Creator's Summary: Harry loves Severus and hates him. Severus loves Harry and hates him too. They hate each other but they can't live without each other. They try to run away from each other but they can't (near the end is scene when Harry went to Yule Ball with Padma Patil, Snape was so angry that he caught him, pushed him into an empty classroom and told him that he belongs only to him... - yes, it's from "Tea Series" ^_^). Isn't this real love? :)
F Bowden Too Lost in You Creator's summary: Slow and sappy, just how I like them! Harry is obsessed with a certain potions master.. but does the object of his desires feel the same way. Straight to Number One Creator's Rating: R for steamy smex and lots of flirting. Link to F Bowden's LJ entry.

The fluff, and nothing but the fluff. One of our mods, ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cordelia_v defines "fluff" as a romantic story where the main obstacles that stand between the two lovers are primarily in their heads: misunderstandings; prejudices; obstacles set up by third parties, which can be overcome, etc. There can certainly be some angst and dangerous situations along the way, but a happy resolution in the end is also mandatory. Ideally, a bit of cuddling before it's all over, too.
